Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use Bebauno?+

No. You can explore tracking, recipes, activities and Baby Mode as a guest. An account is only needed for AI chat, syncing across devices and pediatric booking.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel. Use “Restore Purchases” in the app if a purchase isn’t showing.

Which languages are supported?+

English, Arabic, Hebrew and Serbian, with full right-to-left support for Arabic and Hebrew. The app picks your language automatically and you can change it in Settings.

Is Bebauno a medical service?+

No. Bebauno offers general information and wellness support. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice — always consult your pediatrician or doctor, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.

How do I delete my account and data?+

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profiles, tracking, chat history and preferences. See the account deletion page for details.
